We are delighted to welcome AMSA Patron Audra Morrice as our Special Guest and Menu Curator for the AMSA Annual Dinner 2026.
A celebrated culinary personality and MasterChef Singapore Judge, Audra brings a wealth of experience spanning food, culture and storytelling. She also serves on the ASEAN Australia Centre Advisory Board, is International Culinary Ambassador for Avocados Australia, and is Executive Producer of Audra's Eat, Roam, Relish.
For this year's Annual Dinner, Audra will work with the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney to curate a special dining experience for our guests - bringing her distinctive approach to flavour and hospitality to one of AMSA's most anticipated evenings of the year.
