Get ready for a unique getaway with AMSA as we head to Darwin, home of Australia’s best durians! Over three days, you’ll enjoy a mix of culture, cuisine, and community, with the highlight being a fresh durian feast straight from the farm. This trip is specially arranged for AMSA members and will be organised by our trusted travel partner, Apollo Travel Centre Pty Ltd.

All bookings will be made directly via AMSA, with the travel company managing transport, itinerary and logistics.

Day 2 – Saturday, 22 November 2025

Day 4 – Monday, 24 November 2025

✈️ Depart Darwin at 01:10 AM (Qantas)

🛬 Arrive Sydney at 07:05 AM

Booking Process

1) Register on the AMSA Website

Sign up for the event through the AMSA website. You will receive a confirmation ticket and email from AMSA. The ticket confirms your intention to attend the trip (it is not just an expression of interest).

2) Payment

Follow the instructions provided in your confirmation ticket and email. Payment is to be made directly to Apollo Travel.

3) Submission of Details

Once payment has been made, kindly provide AMSA with the following:

• A copy of your payment receipt

• A copy of your valid Australian ID

• Your personal details (full name, contact number, and email address)

4) Booking Confirmation

AMSA will liaise with our travel agent Apollo Travel, and you will receive your official booking confirmation by email once your details have been verified.

5) Travel Documents

Closer to the departure date, AMSA (via Apollo Travel) will provide you with your flight tickets and accommodation confirmation by email
